costs by £200,000 with new shared services CRM system
The councils have selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM, customised
and integrated by public sector CRM consultants Optevia, in
a shared services deal that will save the councils around £200,000
in software installation costs and more than £27,000
in running costs per year. The councils have joined forces
to become a centre of excellence for customer relationship
management.

by announcing the availability of the first eight languages, including
English, Spanish, simplified Chinese and French. As part of its commitment
to a rapid global rollout, Microsoft is kicking off a 12-week global
launch tour to give organizations worldwide the opportunity to experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM for themselves.
