Bromley Integrates Back-Office System with Dynamics CRM using Integration Hub
The London Borough of Bromley Council is using a newly launched integration system, the Optevia Dynamic Integration Hub, to rapidly and cost-effectively link its organisation wide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to its CAPS UNI-form Environmental Health IT system. The Hub enables Bromley Council to completely avoid the high cost of purchasing an Application Programme Interface (API) from CAPS Solutions to handle this integration link.

Optevia customer, Kent Fire & Rescue Service, wins Public Safety Award at the 2010 Government Business Awards
The award recognises Kent Fire and Rescue Service' drive to improve the level of service it provides in helping to protect the public from accidental injury.
