Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant
Key technical consultant skills:
- C#, C++, ASP.NET, Web-services and SQL Server (2-3 years minimum)
- The ability to embrace new applications that sit on-top of the Microsoft .NET framework
- Back office integration skills and experience
- Consultative and customer facing
- Highly motivated with a keen interest in learning new skills
- The ability to work autonomously
Experience:
- Experience of CRM applications would be highly advantageous
- Experience of MSCRM would be particularly useful, but not necessary
- Understanding and experience of delivering solutions to handle business processes is essential
Role:
- Based on home working
- The role will involve the full life cycle from design through to development and deployment of Microsoft CRM based solutions
- The role involves being customer facing and it will be expected that the successful candidate will need to spend up to three to four days a week on a client site
Other information:
- Full MSCRM training will be provided
- Other training will be provided as necessary

Fire & Rescue Service Practice Head
Key business consultant skills:
- An in-depth understanding of the Fire & Rescue Service marketplace
- Macro marketing & business planning
- Consultative and customer facing
- CRM business analysis, design & deployment
- A technical understanding of the Microsoft technology “stack”
- Highly motivated with a keen interest in learning new skills
- The ability to lead a team
Experience:
- Experience of 3 year business planning techniques would be highly advantageous
- Experience of working as part of a successful sales, marketing, consulting & IT delivery & support team.
- Experience of having delivered a Fire & Rescue service IT solution
- An understanding, and the experience, of delivering solutions to handle business processes is essential
Role:
- Reporting to the Optevia Board
- The direction setting & overall management of the Optevia Fire & Rescue practice.
- The achievement of the key Optevia Fire & Rescue service business milestones.
- The role involves being customer facing and entails regular customer & prospect contact.
- Regular engagement with key Optevia partner organisations, particularly Microsoft and commercial channel partners.
- Regular engagement with the Optevia sales and service teams.
